Privacy Policy
Effective date: 9 October 2026
Information we collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect the business name, contact person's name, email address, phone number, physical location and selected support package. If you use an activated client portal, we process account details and support tickets you submit. During service delivery, we may also record audit findings and other information about client systems. Do not submit passwords for other services or information that is not needed to provide support.
How we use information
- To respond to service and audit requests and prepare proposed support.
- To provide client accounts, support, audit records, billing administration and service updates.
- To protect the service, prevent misuse, maintain business records and meet legal obligations.
A booking request does not automatically create a client portal account. Portal access is issued by invitation when an account is arranged.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. Information may be accessible to hosting, database, communications or technical providers when needed to operate the website and provide the service, or where disclosure is required by law. Public pages also load the Font Awesome icon stylesheet from Cloudflare's CDN, which receives the normal connection information needed to serve that file. The hosting location and final provider list should be confirmed before launch.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, applicable legal obligations and legitimate business records. A fixed retention schedule has not yet been published; contact us to ask about information associated with you. We use access controls and technical measures intended to protect service data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where the law or an active service requires it. You may also raise a complaint with the relevant data-protection authority.
Cookies, local storage and analytics
The site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage; this is not a cookie and can be cleared through your browser settings. Google Analytics is disabled unless Omnicare configures a valid measurement ID. When configured, analytics remains unloaded until you choose Accept analytics; you can change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. Google may receive website usage and device information after consent. The external icon stylesheet described above is loaded independently of analytics consent.
